This User Agreement explains what you can and cannot do using FLY VPN - Fast & Secure proxy and other services. Because we know legal wording isn't fun, we've included a brief, informal summary of each section.

What does this agreement apply to? This Agreement applies to our products, including FLY VPN, our website, any game keys or codes that allow you to access it or any part of it, and all other products and services, including user accounts, customer and technical support, official forums , wikis, blogs and social media servicesOnce you download, install or use any Service, this Agreement will be binding on you and us. If you do not agree, please do not use any Services.

Protocol update
We may change this Agreement from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in our services or to reflect applicable law. If we do this, we will make the changed Agreement available online and make reasonable efforts to notify you. It will become legally binding on you and us 30 days after we publish it online. In the meantime, if you have specific questions about the changes, you are welcome to contact us at econokyik@gmail.com. If you don't agree with the changes, then unfortunately you have to stop using the Services: in order for the Services to work properly, we need to have everyone using them under the same rules, rather than different people having different rules.

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to display, view, download, install, play and use the Nordic Services on authorized devices/platforms. This license is for your personal use only and does not grant you any ownership rights in the Services. We own or license all Nordeus Services.

Legally, you must be 13 years or older to use the Services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18, please have your parent or guardian review and approve this Agreement and supervise your use of the Services. Certain Services may have age ratings which will be displayed at the time of your purchase and/or download.

Over time, we may patch, update or change the Service, which will result in mandatory and/or automatic updates. Therefore, older versions that have not been updated may become unusable over time. Over time, older devices/platforms may cease to be supported. As part of these patches, updates or changes, we may need to impose limits on certain game features or remove/restrict access to certain game features. We need these rights to keep the Service running efficiently and have no liability for your use.

Warranties and Liabilities
We provide warranties (i.e., legally binding promises) about the Services, for example, that we will use reasonable care when you use the Services. We also further explain how we hold each other legally responsible. We ask for certain legal protections from you (legally speaking, this does not apply to EU users).

Your Warranties to Us You represent and warrant that you have the full power and capacity to enter into this Agreement and will fully comply with its terms. You also represent and warrant that any User-Generated Content you transmit through the Nordic Services does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. You further represent and warrant that you will not use or contribute User-Generated Content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful or racist
